François Harmel is a brand new researcher in the Laser and Optronics unit, Communications Information Signals and Sensors department (CISS) of the Royal Military Academy Brussels (RMA). He has joined the RMA in 2022 to work in the field of counter-drone systems, especially in the sensor part.
