Cornelia Nita is a research engineer in the Laser and Optronics unit, Communications Information Signals and Sensors department (CISS) of the Royal Military Academy Brussels (RMA), with background in optimization methods for optimal control of turbulent flows. In 2019, she joined RMA and shifted her research focus to investigation of advanced artificial intelligence and machine vision algorithms for visible and thermal ship signature extraction.
